Recently, we had the chance to get out on the ground with our trades teams, seeing firsthand how they bring this purpose to life through the repair work they carry out.
These visits aren’t just about saying hello—they’re about seeing the skill our teams put into every job, ensuring each repair brings comfort and peace of mind to our customers.
During these visits, we also carried out important health and safety checks. These checks are part of what we call a “second line of assurance.” Simply put, it’s an extra step we take after the initial work is done to ensure everything meets our high safety standards. This means double-checking that repairs are not only completed but also done safely, protecting both our customers and our colleagues who carry out the work.
Taking these extra measures allows us to deliver peace of mind. Our customers can feel secure knowing their homes are safe, and our trades teams can work confidently, knowing they have the right support to do their jobs well.
