Getting to Know Our Customers at Maes Y Felin!

We had a fantastic evening at Maes Y Felin yesterday, where we had the opportunity to connect with our customers and gather valuable information about their Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) needs.

As a little thank you for their participation, we handed out some Llanw goodies to everyone who completed our survey! It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and hear directly from our customers about their experiences and preferences.

So far, we’ve collected data from 1,833 customers! This is a significant step toward understanding and serving our community better. We’re committed to this initiative and will continue to be out and about in the coming weeks to gather even more insights.
