From competitions to community events, this month has been filled with feel-good moments and some well-deserved celebrations to help us celebrate our birthday, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity of our partners.
Easter fun and prizes
Together, we secured Easter Eggs, smart home tech, and gift vouchers to make our celebrations extra special for both customers and colleagues.
Their generosity allowed us to:
- Run a social media competition for customers who engaged with our birthday post
- Say thank you to two customers who recently gave us feedback on our repair service
- Treat one lucky customer who came along to our Repairs Roadshow
- Deliver some brilliant gifts to a few very lucky winners
- We also dropped off a food voucher to the local food bank to get the supplies they needed.
We were also delighted to donate the remaining Easter Eggs to Lys Ton, our Extra Care scheme, so that residents can enjoy a sweet treat over the Easter weekend.

- Middleton Roofing – 2x Ring Doorbells, 2x Amazon Echo Hubs, 1x Nest Thermostat, and 6x Easter Eggs
These gestures go a long way in showing customers they’re appreciated and in bringing a little extra joy into people’s homes.
